Returns
At Lucini Shoes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, not worn outside, and in merchantable condition.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, inserts, and the shoe box.
- Tags should not be intact.
If you no longer want the item and it meets the return conditions above, you may return it for a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification confirming:

That we’ve received your item.

Whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Recheck your bank account or credit card.

Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your total refund.

If the item value is over £20, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without it.
